Patrick “Paddy” Hedley joins Quentin Hill on ShedLife NZ to talk life inside the King Country Rams and the pride of representing his home region. From hours of goal kicking practice growing up in Te Kuiti to the rivalries and community spirit of Heartland Rugby, Paddy shares what provincial rugby means to him and his ambitions in the game.

Dwayne Sweeney joins Jason Davis on ShedLife NZ to explain why he turned down bigger Hamilton clubs to stay loyal to Morrinsville, despite 143 games and plenty of heavy defeats. He reflects on the club’s extraordinary 2009 run to the championship final after coach Darrin “Sty” Stevenson’s death, and the grief, pressure and late-night drama behind it.
